Working directly with ownership, this position oversees and actively participates in day\-to\-day accounting operations while providing timely, accurate financial information to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision\-making. Key Responsibilities Daily Accounting Operations * Manage staff on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger activities. * Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly closing schedules. * Oversee bank and credit card reconciliations. * Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
