Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, hands\-on Production \& Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily production, warehouse operations, and inventory control. This is a working supervisor role for someone who has already led people and managed day\-to\-day floor activities, and is eager to take on more responsibility as Opus grows. You will work alongside the team, keep materials and orders organized, and help move products efficiently from receiving through assembly and shipping. The right person has the potential to develop into a Production Manager or Operations Manager as the company expands.
