**About Pioneer Research Group** Pioneer Research Group is an Irvine, California clinical research site network built inside behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities. We bring Phase 1\-3 trials to patient populations that have historically been left out of research, and we run every site on one quality system, one SOP library and our own software platform. We are small, senior and moving fast, and the person in this role will shape how every site we open actually runs. **The Role** Title: Director of Site Operations \& Training (Network Site Coordinator) Location: Irvine, CA (in office) with regular travel to partner sites across Southern California and, over time, other states Reports to: Chief Executive Officer; works daily with the Medical Director and the founding team This is the senior operational hire for our site network. You know every step of running a clinical trial site from feasibility to close\-out because you have done it yourself, many times. You will stand up research operations inside partner facilities, help select and train the facility staff who will execute our SOPs, and be the person a sponsor or monitor trusts on the first visit.
