**Position Overview** The Construction Project Lead owns and manages the day\-to\-day execution of new studio construction projects from executed lease through construction completion, operational turnover, and studio opening. Reporting to the Real Estate Development Manager, this role serves as the primary project lead and central point of coordination among architects, general contractors, landlords, vendors, municipalities, and internal stakeholders. This position is accountable for moving projects forward, maintaining project schedules and approved budgets, coordinating permits and inspections, identifying and resolving execution issues, and ensuring new studios are delivered in accordance with company expectations, brand requirements, and opening timelines.
