**Job Description** ------------------- **Location:** Candidates located within reasonable commuting distance of Bannockburn, IL, including the greater Chicago and Milwaukee areas \| Hybrid, generally 1–2 days/week in office **Salary:** $150,000–$190,000 **Travel:** Up to 20% **Reports to:** SVP, Marketing and Growth **The Opportunity** BrightStar Care is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Technology \& Operations to lead the technology, data, digital platforms, and integrations that power marketing performance across our franchise network. This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who can set strategy while also getting into the details. You’ll lead our MarTech roadmap and ensure strong connections across HubSpot, our proprietary electronic health record system, call tracking, and other platforms. Your work will ensure we have reliable, validated data to understand marketing attribution and support better investment decisions.
