**Job Summary** This role provides leadership across several complex and high\-visibility accounting areas, including global lease accounting, IT accounting, share\-based compensation, and restructuring. The position partners closely with subsidiaries, IT, corporate leadership, and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
