We’re looking for an Accounting Manager with property management experience who loves leading people and keeping the numbers moving. You’ll supervise and support our team of Senior Accountants, Accountants and AP professionals, run the monthly financial production process, and make sure every property package is accurate and on time. Reporting to our Controller, you’ll be the day\-to\-day leader your team counts on. **What You’ll Own:** * Lead, coach, and review the work of an Accounting and AP team, setting priorities and keeping workloads balanced * Run the monthly financial production process so property financials are accurate, reviewed, and delivered by the dates in each management agreement * Assist the Senior Accountants with responding to everyday accounting questions, solving what you can and escalating complex issues to the Controller * Hire, train, and develop accounting staff, building a stable team that grows with us * Spot cash deficiencies and bring them to the Controller’s attention * Roll up your sleeves on property financials, takeovers, and takedowns when the team needs an extra hand *...
