This role owns and influences region franchise restaurant profitability and operational results by serving as the primary liaison between Jack in the Box and Franchise Operators (FO). Possesses broad accountability to effectively coach, collaborate, and consult with FOs and their team on building and sustaining profitable restaurants that operate in a manner consistent with Jack in the Box vision, strategies and brand standards. Manages a team of Operations Coaches focused on driving restaurant level operational improvement to increase the effectiveness of restaurants performance delivering repeat guest visits. Ensures Operation Coaches are aligned on brand strategy to help drive implementation and execution so that all restaurants achieve desired brand goals.
