**Program Operations Manager** China–U.S. Development Portfolio **Position Summary** We are seeking a highly organized and execution\-oriented Program Operations Manager to support the coordination and execution of multiple drug development programs across our China and U.S. organizations. Working closely with program leadership and cross\-functional teams, this person will provide hands\-on program and project management, maintain integrated timelines, coordinate communications and deliverables, and ensure consistent follow\-through across functions and geographies. The role will interact with clinical development, clinical operations, regulatory, chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC), nonclinical, legal, finance, and external collaborators, contract research organizations (CROs), vendors, and consultants.
