Puddle Pool Services is launching in Central Florida and hiring a Business Development Representative to build the commercial book from zero. Territory is Kissimmee, Clermont, Celebration, Lake Nona, and surrounding areas. You will open doors with HOAs, CAMs, property managers, vacation\-rental managers, multifamily communities, and hotels. Prospect, schedule property evaluations, present proposals, and close recurring pool\-service accounts. Pool experience is not required. We will teach the service side. We need someone who can create opportunities. What you sell: Average HOA accounts run about $1,000 to $1,500 a month. Hotels run about $2,000 to $2,500 a month. Property and vacation\-rental managers often control multiple sites, so one relationship can become several accounts. Compensation: $30,000 to $35,000 base. $350 per month vehicle allowance. Uncapped commission on collected recurring revenue from accounts you originate: 12 percent Year 1, 4 percent Year 2, 2 percent Year 3, 1 percent thereafter while employed.
