Coordinating refers to working with program managers to assist them in the management of their section AOBs. This is a sensitive position, requiring access to confidential information, financial information and dealing with finances, requiring a high level of trust. Monitoring refers to oversight to ensure revenue and expenditures are maintained within the AOB. Controlling refers to identifying, recording and initiating corrections to the AOB to maintain appropriated revenue and expenditures limits. This position requires a high degree of interaction with program managers and administrative staff as well as a detailed working familiarity with various reports, information systems and software applications.
