**Description:** The Senior Manager, Regional Business – Biosciences (SMRB) is a dynamic sales leader responsible for driving performance, inspiring a high\-achieving regional team, and executing a strategic vision in the institutional and community healthcare markets. This role requires deep expertise in navigating complex sales channels, including Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), wholesalers, launch products, and the buy\-and\-bill landscape. The Senior Regional Business Manager will work cross\-functionally to align sales execution with broader commercial strategies, ensuring sustained success in a competitive environment. The SMRB is responsible for driving regional sales through strong account management and pull through while leading a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs).
