The Physical Therapist Assistant will be responsible for personalized care and following rehabilitation plans for patients. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions to improve mobility and functionality, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
