**Build the systems that keep markets moving.** Roventra Markets develops technology for event\-based trading and market infrastructure. Our engineering team builds services that support instrument management, transaction processing, and settlement workflows. We’re looking for an Associate Software Engineer to contribute to our backend platform while learning from experienced engineers. You’ll start with well\-defined assignments and gradually take ownership of features as your understanding of the systems grows. **What you’ll work on** * Develop and maintain backend services using Java. * Contribute to APIs and services supporting trading and settlement operations. * Work with PostgreSQL, event\-driven messaging, and distributed application components. * Write automated tests and participate in code reviews. * Investigate bugs using logs, monitoring tools, and reproducible test cases. * Collaborate with engineering and product colleagues to clarify requirements. * Document implementation decisions and maintain useful technical notes. * Help monitor production services and resolve issues with guidance from senior engineers. **What we’re looking for** This position is intended for e...
