**Job Overview** About the Role: We operate a high\-touch vehicle care, fleet staging, and planeside concierge delivery service catering to high\-net\-worth individuals, corporate flight departments, and executive private aviation arrivals. We are seeking an operational Logistics Manager to run day\-to\-day dispatch, direct on\-site crews across concurrent detailing tasks, maintain company administrative systems, and guarantee flawless client hospitality. Our operation is powered by a state\-of\-the\-art fleet management system designed for ease of use by both our guests and internal team. You will leverage this cutting\-edge platform to coordinate real\-time staging, reservation check\-ins, automated status tracking, and dispatch. Top Priority: Making sure every guest is taken care of with white\-glove attentiveness while strictly adhering to all Fixed\-Base Operator (FBO) and airport authority regulations on the apron and ramp.
