**Job Summary** We are a rapidly growing restoration and construction company serving Long Island and New York City. With approximately $7 million in annual revenue, 35 employees, and multiple divisions specializing in water and fire damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and reconstruction, we are seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our financial and operational infrastructure. We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and hands\-on individual who can evaluate our existing operations, implement effective management systems, and provide accurate financial reporting across all divisions. This is not a traditional bookkeeping position. We need someone capable of building the systems and procedures necessary to support a growing company.
