Eaton’s Electrical Sector\-Commercial Distribution Product Assembly Division is hiring an MVCA Product Line Operations Manager. This role will be based onsite at our manufacturing facility in Arden, NC. Relocation assistance is available to candidates who currently reside in the US. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for Eaton's Medium Voltage Control Assemblies (MVCA) product line, overseeing the Manufacturing, Customer Order Engineering/Design, and Customer Service functions. The successful leader will drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, cost, sales, and profitability while developing and executing business strategies that support long\-term growth. Key responsibilities include leading SIOP, forecasting sales and financial performance, managing P\&L results, driving cost\-out initiatives, and optimizing capital investments to achieve operational excellence and exceed customer expectations. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130,000 \- $190,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
