**Supervisor \- Mine Support \- UG Rubber Tire \& Rail Haulage** **Location:** East Boulder \- McLeod, MT **Schedule:** 7X7 Rotating **Job Responsibilities and Duties:** The Supervisor \- Underground Rubber\-Tire \& Rail Haulage provides frontline leadership for the safe, efficient, and compliant movement of ore, waste, personnel, supplies, and equipment through the underground haulage system. Reporting to the General Foreman, this position converts the approved one\-week plan and General Foreman direction into resource\-ready daily shift plans; directs rubber\-tire haulage, rail haulage, loading, transfer, and related material\-handling activities; verifies travel ways, track, loading and dumping points, communications, and equipment readiness; coordinates priorities with Dispatch, Mine Operations, Maintenance, and Technical Services; controls variance within delegated authority; and promptly escalates constraints or changes that could affect committed work.
