**Resp \& Qualifications** **PURPOSE:** CareFirst Administrators (CFA) is seeking a strategic, relationship\-driven Account Consultant III to serve as the primary client advisor for a portfolio of complex self\-funded and third\-party administration (TPA) clients. This role is responsible for client retention, growth, renewal strategy, and overall customer experience. The Account Consultant III partners with employers, brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions, deliver operational excellence, and drive long\-term client success.
