#### **JOB SUMMARY** The Head of Treasury and Capital Management establishes and leads GBU Life’s integrated Treasury and Capital Management function. The role is accountable for enterprise liquidity, funding, capital planning and forecasting, Treasury operations, asset\-liability management (ALM), hedging strategy and governance, and balance\-sheet decision support. In evaluating capital management options, the role considers the full range of capital actions available to GBU, including reinsurance, and assesses capital, liquidity, earnings, and risk implications. This position integrates inputs from Actuarial, Investments, Accounting, FP\&A, Enterprise Finance Strategy, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to develop actionable recommendations for senior leadership and governance committees.
