Responsibilities include designing special and standard track work, conducting field surveys and providing construction support, assisting Procurement with material inspection issues, reviewing shop drawings and first‑article materials, maintaining standard track drawings and specifications, and participating in investigations of derailments or other track incidents. This work is critical to completing track projects on time and ensuring the safety and reliability of NYCT’s track system.
