**Controller** Lincoln, NE \| Full\-Time \| On\-Site Construction Industry **Why This Role Matters** This is a key role on our team. As our Controller, you’ll be responsible for the day\-to\-day financial operations of the company while also helping us stay ahead of where we’re going. You’ll own the numbers, make sure everything is accurate, and give leadership clear insight into how we’re performing. If you like being hands\-on, digging into details, and building structure in a growing company, this is a great fit. ### **What You’ll Do** You’ll oversee the core accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and monthly close, making sure everything is accurate, timely, and running smoothly. This includes reviewing invoices, managing reconciliations (bank, credit cards, etc.), and keeping our financial records clean and up to date. You’ll utilize systems such as **UKG Ready, Vista, and Trimble accounting software** to manage financial data, reporting, and payroll processes. A big part of this role is construction accounting.
