**TITLE:** Energy Services Specialist **DEPARTMENT:** Energy Services (LIHEAP/PIPP and Weatherization) **SUPERVISOR:** Works under the direct supervision of the Energy Services Director **CLASSIFICATION:** Full\-Time 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm may include some nights and weekends during the program year) **Responsibilities Include:** · Complete data entry functions for applicants for the Energy Services Programs. · Perform clerical duties including copying, filing, answering phones, providing customer care, etc. · Maintain completed files that are correctly done, which includes all copies needed and signatures of clients. · Perform outreach functions to enroll eligible households into the program for regular and emergency services. · Provide energy education information and materials to households. · Able to provide referrals to the appropriate agencies if the household request additional assistance outside of what our agency provides. · Answer all calls and provide general information pertaining to the Energy Services programs and the agency programs. · Schedule appointments for clients (both automated and general). · Obtain or confirm appropriate informat...
