**What You Will Do:** --------------------- Our **Treasure Coast Construction Team** is looking for a **Project Administrator** for our Construction Management and Construction Engineering Inspection group in the Port St. Lucie, FL area. This Position will work out of the Treasure Coast, Palm Beach, and Okeechobee, Florida areas. **In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:** * Maintenance of construction project records in accordance with FDOT procedures * Interface with the Owner, Contractor, and inspection staff on various facets of the project including review of contract plans and documents, day\-to\-day construction activities and review of contractors’ submittals * Perform/oversee the review of daily inspection reports and quantity computations * Respondents should have intimate working knowledge of FDOT District 4 * Receives general instructions regarding assignments and is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems * Directs and assigns specific tasks to inspectors and assists in all phases of the construction project * Responsible for the progress and final estimates throughout the const...
