**Job Summary** Ramcal Management/Realty Asset Management is the owner/operator of 13 hotels spread throughout California, 3 commercial office buildings, and several other investments holdings. We are seeking to add a Property Management Controller to our team, which is based in Los Angeles, California. The Property Management Controller will report to the Chief Financial Officer and assist in the oversight of all Accounting and Financial matters, and the management of Accounting staff across all divisions. This candidate must demonstrate initiative , a collaborative leadership style and exceptional communication skills. This role will be ' hands\-on' and must have multi\-entity, full cycle Accounting knowledge and experience.
