**About the job** **Position Overview** Grayson Air Conditioning is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated individual to join our growing in\-house marketing team and work directly alongside our Brand Manager. This is a hands\-on position for someone who wants experience across multiple areas of marketing rather than sitting behind a desk doing the same thing every day. Our marketing extends well beyond social media. Between digital content, video production, community events, partnerships, nonprofit initiatives, brand development, and day\-to\-day marketing operations, no two weeks look exactly the same. The ideal candidate is comfortable talking to people, willing to jump into new situations, organized enough to keep up with multiple projects, and excited to represent the Grayson brand in the community. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and day\-to\-day management * Capture photos and video content at job sites, company activities, community events, and other locations * Assist with filming, editing, and producing short\-form and long\-form video content * Attend community events, sponsorships, school activities, f...
