STV is seeking a **BIM Specialist** with **3\-5 years of professional experience** and demonstrated **4D (schedule\-linked model) expertise** to support planning, coordination, and visualization efforts on complex building projects for our Advisory department in Dallas, TX. This role will work closely with project managers, schedulers, construction teams, and design partners to develop, maintain, and leverage BIM models—specifically **4D simulations**—to improve constructability, sequencing, and project outcomes.
