Our mission is to make Chinese food more modern, accessible, healthy, and exciting for everyday workday meals. We are building a new category: **freshly stir\-fried Sichuan grain bowls** — bold in flavor, convenient for office lunches, and designed for the next generation of diners. Our restaurant group has served major tech and corporate clients in Singapore, and we are now bringing that experience to the U.S. market with our first offline restaurant space in San Francisco. We are looking for our first **Catering Sales Manager** to help build Chengdu Bowl’s U.S. sales function from 0 to 1\. **About the Role** This is a builder role for someone who wants to be part of an international food brand at an early stage.
