**Facilities Management eXpress** is looking for an **Engineer Manager** to join our team! At FMX, our Engineering Managers have a direct impact on our product, our people, and our culture. As manager of a Core Team, you’ll coach and mentor a talented group of software engineers, give them clarity on priorities and expectations, and help them grow technically and professionally while delivering high\-quality software for our customers. You’ll partner closely with product, design, QA, and other engineering leaders to align your team’s work with business goals and build a healthy, high\-performing, inclusive engineering culture. This is a player\-coach role. We want a manager who still loves to build: someone who stays close to the code, picks up bugs and non\-mission\-critical work alongside the team, and leads by example.
