**Position Summary** The Director of Operations provides executive leadership for Rhino Facilities’ company\-wide operations, translating the organization’s vision and strategic priorities into efficient, scalable execution. The DOO oversees operational performance, people leadership, client service, financial accountability, and cross\-functional coordination to support sustainable growth, consistent service delivery, and a strong company culture.
