Burrow Global, a leading engineering and design firm in the energy sector, is seeking a mid career **Capital Project Manager** to oversee the development and execution of capital projects in a petrochemical environment. The role encompasses directing, coordinating, and optimizing engineering, procurement, and construction activities while serving as the primary liaison with client stakeholders, maintenance, operations and vendor partners. The incumbent will be required define project requirements by developing the SOW and working with engineering vendors to create the necessary construction packages.
