**About the Role:** As a CBRE Chief Building Engineer Supervisor, you will supervise the team responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing ongoing maintenance and repair operations for a 580,000\-square\-foot aerospace manufacturing facility in Olathe, Kansas. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure supporting critical aerospace production activities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. The team is responsible for providing technical support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility equipment and systems to maintain operational excellence and regulatory compliance. **What You’ll Do:** Track the training and development of staff.
