T\&M Associates is seeking an experienced Traffic Engineer or Transportation Planner to join our Transportation team in New Jersey. In this role, you will support the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) Bureau of Safety Improvement Programs (BSIP) in advancing roadway safety initiatives throughout the state. This position will have a direct impact on programs and projects focused on reducing fatal and serious\-injury crashes, improving safety for vulnerable road users, and advancing Complete Streets initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in traffic safety, crash analysis, roadway design, transportation planning, or safety program delivery, along with the ability to work collaboratively with NJDOT staff and project stakeholders.
