Description: **Work Schedule:** Monday \- Thursday /1:30pm \- 10:00pm **Summary:** Under the general direction of the Lead Medical Coordinator, the Medical Clerk assists with the coordination and implementation of medical services provided to UAC. The Medical Clerk uses sound medical and professional judgment and best practices to support the medical safety and well\-being of UAC. The Medical Clerk works collaboratively with Lead Medical Coordinator and Medical Coordinator to ensure the medical, dental, mental health and physical needs of UAC are met in accordance with agency policy, TDFPS Minimum Standards, and ORR Policy. Requirements: **Position Responsibilities:** * + Compiling, preparing, submitting and maintaining accurate records, files, forms, statistics and additional information in accordance with agency policy, DFPS Minimum Standards and ORR Policy; + Ensuring medical services are completed and documented in the UAC Portal within required timeframes and in accordance with agency DFPS Minimum Standards and ORR Policy; * Completing and submitting reports within required timeframes; * + Providing health education and training for staff and UAC; * Assisting with the maintena...
