Contractor Operations \& Floor Manager Position Overview The Contractor Operations \& Floor Manager oversees daily construction and remodeling operations, coordinates employees and subcontractors, manages job sites, and ensures that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem\-solving skills to maintain high\-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1\.
