**Position Title:** Director of Finance **Reports To:** Executive Director **Church Size:** \~1,500 members **Campuses:** 1604 Campus and Ministry Center **Position Overview** The Director of Finance supports the financial health and integrity of the church by managing day‑to‑day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing of transactions. This role works closely with the Executive Director to support budgeting, reporting, and fiduciary oversight for a $4M\+ annual budget. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and experienced in nonprofit or church accounting. **Key Responsibilities** ***Financial Recordkeeping*** * Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable * Process invoices, reimbursements, check requests, and credit card transactions * Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor accounts monthly ***Payroll \& Contributions*** * Prepare and process payroll * Record tithes, offerings, and designated gifts with accuracy and confidentiality * Generate giving statements and assist with donor record maintenance ***Reporti...
