**Sanger Heart and Vascular Institute** is seeking an **Ambulatory Nurse Manager** to provide operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for its multi\-site **Electrophysiology (EP)** ambulatory nursing network. The EP nursing team delivers care across multiple ambulatory locations and specialized programs, including clinic nursing, nurse navigation, and subspecialty workflows for increasingly complex patient populations. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations, cross\-site coordination, staffing, onboarding, education, clinical standardization, physician collaboration, and the execution of growth initiatives. This leader will promote operational consistency, align nursing practice, develop team members, support continued EP program growth, and collaborate with Medical Center departments and service lines to ensure comprehensive, high\-quality patient care. Responsibilities also include contributing to overall practice management and the education and professional development of nurses, unlicensed assistive personnel, and other clinic staff as appropriate to the care setting.
