**Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** **Greater Valley Health Center (GVHC)** Greater Valley Health Center is seeking a part\-time, experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic and operational financial leadership for our organization. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, Finance Committee, executive leadership, auditors, funding agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure strong financial management and long\-term organizational sustainability. **What You'll Do** * Provide strategic financial leadership and serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team. * Develop and oversee annual operating budgets, long\-term financial plans, forecasts, and financial goals. * Monitor organizational financial performance, cash flow, revenue, expenditures, and financial sustainability. * Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, fund accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll review, and financial close processes. * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. * Provide accurate and meaningful financial information to the CEO , Board of Directors, and Board Finance Co...
