The Financial Analyst supports the Investment \& Finance and Development teams by underwriting, modeling, and tracking the financial performance of the firm's projects across the full development cycle. You are the analytical engine behind the deal \- building and maintaining the proformas, cash\-flow models, and return analyses that leadership relies on to make capital decisions. You should be developing deep proficiency in real estate financial modeling and a working understanding of how entitlement, construction, leasing, and disposition decisions flow through to returns. As the Financial Analyst, you should be building the judgment to not just run the numbers, but to understand what they mean and to flag risks and opportunities to the team. You will interact with lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders, and you will represent Pontikes, LLC in a positive and professional way.
