**Overview** PRN position working with the 340B Pharmacy program at Craven County Community Health Center/Craven County Health Department, Havelock **Responsibilities** * Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in hospital pharmacy settings, including sterile IV infusion compounding and aseptic techniques. * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate pharmacotherapy plans, considering physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology. * Ensure pharmaceutical regulatory compliance by adhering to drug regulation standards and maintaining proper documentation within Pharmacy Information Systems (PIS) and Electronic Health Records (EHR). * Maintain all required permits, licensure, and registration of the 340B pharmacy program as required by Federal and State laws. **Minimum Education and Experience** Graduation from a recognized School of Pharmacy and one year of experience as a licensed pharmacist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting. 340B Pharmacy experience preferred. Pay: $75\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
