Overview: **This job is located in Monmouth,IL** **M\-F 8\-4:30pm** **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Health Records Ambassador works with patients to process all medical records requests and produce copies of medical bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all HIPAA requirements. Fosters a high level of customer service while processing requests in a timely and efficient manner. Maintains the confidentiality of all patient, client, and facility information at all times, both while on and off duty.
