**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Medical Assistant** *Full\-Time \| Membership based Primary Care \| Northeast Cincinnati / Southwest Ohio* **About the Practice** We are a newly established MDVIP\-affiliated primary care practice serving a smaller, carefully selected patient panel in the Northern Cincinnati / Southwest Ohio area (Mason, Loveland, and Harper’s Point). Care is unhurried, relationship\-based, and wellness\-focused. Patients have same\- or next\-day access, longer visits, and a highly personalized experience that blends conventional family and internal medicine with nutrition, hormone health, and preventive testing. The Medical Assistant is the practice’s front\-line partner—greeting patients, running the clinical flow, completing wellness\-visit testing, and handling the administrative work that keeps a small patient focused office running smoothly. **Position Summary** This is a hybrid clinical and administrative role.
