**JOB SUMMARY** The Project Specialist will provide operational and administrative support to the DTE EEA Program that SEEL Manages. Under the direction of the Program Manager, this key position within the EEA team will support varying program needs including, but not limited to operational support, outreach coordination, and administrative support. Some of the key tasks will be in\-take and validation of EEA customers, researching and resolving EEA Customer Escalations, the creation and submission of rebate incentives, and the scheduling of Whole Home Assessments. This is a pivotal position to a growing program and will work directly with the program manager in a collaborative manner to learn various aspects of the program to help support operational and administrative excellence. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Serve as the principal point of contact for EEA customer escalations and document all encounters and interactions. * Serve as the principal point of contact for Whole Home Assessment scheduling for the entire EEA Program. * Configure, compile, maintain, and submit incentive rebate applications into the OIT system. * Assist with supporting the day\-to\-day program operati...
