**Overview** We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to gather and document requirements for a federal healthcare agency's move from a legacy cost accounting system to Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The program will deploy five Oracle EPM modules (Planning, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management, Profitability and Cost Management, and Narrative Reporting) to more than 100 medical facilities. It brings together personnel, financial workload, and supply data from several government source systems to support labor cost allocation and financial reporting.
