**Summary** The Paralegal, Litigation is a member of the Legal Operations \& Strategy team, responsible for supporting litigated auto liability and general liability (AL/GL) claims. This role is accountable for insurance coverage support, subpoena response, and discovery coordination on matters handled by outside counsel, and serves as the primary point of coordination between Legal and cross\-functional partners. The ideal candidate brings hands\-on AL/GL or insurance\-defense experience and manages multiple active matters and deadlines independently. **Litigation Management*** Manage the day\-to\-day handling of litigated AL/GL claims from receipt of the lawsuit through resolution, in coordination with outside counsel, internal employees, insurance carriers, and the Safety team. * Serve as the primary internal liaison to outside counsel on active litigated AL/GL matters, tracking deadlines, budgets, and case status. * Provide backup support on employment litigation matters as needed. **Insurance Coverage \& Claims Support*** Support insurance coverage analysis in partnership with the Claims Manager, including policy review and evaluation of coverage positions. * Track tenders and...
