**POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Through the lens of Northern’s Leadership Principles, this leader is responsible for inspiring, developing, and leading the Business Development Professionals within their assigned area of responsibility. Responsibilities include enthusiastically role modeling the member advocacy philosophy and taking pride in being the Standard of Excellence, ensuring the team positively represents Northern in the community while driving growth of credit union members and, products and services. This leadership role is responsible for growth of product and services for both consumer and business members as it relates to bringing on employees of targeted businesses. The Business Development Manager will mentor, develop, and provide guidance and support to ensure highly engaged, people\-focused internal owners that consistently exceed expectations.
