The affiliated businesses have more than 40 years of operating history. The transportation operation itself is established; it is being separated into a dedicated legal entity to create clearer operational accountability, stronger safety and compliance management, and a focused transportation organization. The current fleet includes approximately 30 drivers, 30 power units and 60 trailers. A significant portion of the work supports affiliated manufacturing and forest\-products operations, including inbound movement of pulpwood, wood chips and other wood\-fiber raw materials using specialized equipment such as walking\-floor trailers.
