Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for a **Marketing and Proposal Specialist** to join our team, with the option to work from our **Phoenix, AZ office.** The opportunity to work remotely from your home\-office may be available at the discretion of the Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compliant, comprehensive, and persuasive submittals—including proposals and opportunity\-specific statements of qualifications (SOQs)—in support of the North America West Region. Key responsibilities include managing, scheduling, editing, and producing proposals, SOQs, project descriptions, resumes, and other marketing collateral in accordance with Geosyntec’s policies, relevant government regulations, and copyright laws. This role requires significant initiative and independent judgment. Experience preparing public agency proposals and coordinating large, multidisciplinary subconsultant teams is highly valued.
