Description: Position Summary The Professional Learning Coordinator supports the day\-to\-day operations of professional learning for the department, ensuring engagements run smoothly from planning through follow\-up. This role sits at the intersection of logistics, vendor relations, and internal communication; the person who makes sure sessions start on time, materials are ready, records are accurate, and everyone involved (staff, vendors, presenters) has a good experience partnering with the department. Essential Functions Learning Engagement Coordination * Serve as a point of contact for contracted vendors and outside providers * Manage logistics for professional learning sessions: venue/room reservations, materials, technology setup, catering where applicable, and day\-of troubleshooting * Track engagement timelines and proactively * Maintain accurate, organized records of sessions, attendance, vendor contracts/invoices, and participant feedback (use of Monday.com) Vendor and Provider Relations * Maintain positive working relationships with contracted vendors and providers, treating them as long\-term partners * Respond to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally * Co...
