**Physical Therapist, Part\-Time to Full\-Time: Keep Athletes in Their Sport (North Phoenix)** When a young athlete gets hurt, they rarely lose just a season. They lose their team. Their routine. The people they see every day. A 15\-year\-old pitcher who gets shut down doesn't only stop throwing. He stops showing up to practice, stops being around his people, and starts wondering who he is without the game. That is the problem Valen exists to solve. **My mission:** no athlete should leave their sport, their community, or their identity behind because of an injury. I'm Keagan Barrett, DPT. I own Valen Rehab \& Performance in North Phoenix, at the 17 and the 101\. I'm hiring a physical therapist. This is not a normal PT job. For the right person, it is the job they went to PT school for and haven't found yet. **Why this is different** \- One athlete, one hour. Every session is 60 minutes, 1\-on\-1\. No double\-booking, no aide running your patients. \-Rehab and performance are one thing here. You don't stop at pain\-free and hand them off.
